Bent Tree
Located in the eastern section of the Tri-Lakes area, the prestigious Bent Tree neighborhood boasts secluded treed lots on 2+ acres. Home prices here range from the $500,000’s - over $1M. Most homes in Bent Tree were built from the 1990’s to early 2000’s, with a few that are newer.
Palmer Lake
Located around the town of Palmer Lake, this area sits just northeast of Mt. Herman, offering hiking and fishing nearby. Homes in this area typically sell from the $300,00’s with a few over $1M. This is the older section of Tri-Lakes where you find some homes built in the early 1900’s and some that are newer homes.
The Ridge at Fox Run
Located next to The Fox Run Regional Park, this neighborhood offers homes with treed lots that are usually about 1/2 of an acre. Homes here were built in the late 1990’s - early 2000’s and have prices in the $500,000’s - $700,000’s.
Arrowwood
