Colorado Springs single family/patio homes active listings: 930 (Down 51% from the same month last year)
Colorado Springs single family/patio homes sold: 1,169 (Down 8% from the same month last year)
Colorado Springs single family/patio homes avg. sales price: $286,946 (Up 8% from the same month last year)
Colorado Springs single family/patio homes new listings 1,915 (Up 10% from the same month last year)
What does this mean for the Colorado Springs real estate market? Current real estate market conditions continued to show strong strength with a continued decrease in the current real estate inventory. Last month experienced a decrease in total existing housing inventory compared to the same month last year, while home sales for the month have increased compared from last year. Lower housing inventory levels are another positive indication of a healthy real estate market, with most markets proving very favorable for home sellers.
